These machines offer the largest hollow spindle pass-through in their class, combined with powerful spindles for precise and economical processing.
The horizontal machines, MEGA-72 and MEGA-130, handle workpieces of various sizes with diameters between 720 mm to 1300 mm. With centers ranging from 2 to 17 meters, they are suitable for the heaviest workpieces up to 40 tons and diameters up to 2.6 meters.

Hwacheon's vertical turning centers of the VT series are designed for the heavy machining of voluminous, pot-like, or disk-shaped workpieces, such as axle hubs or pistons. The largest machine in this series, the VT-2000, features an impressive chuck with a diameter of 2 meters.

Portal Milling Machine for XXL Formats
Hwacheon's SIRIUS-1350 is a 3-axis machining center specially designed for tool and mold making. With a work table for workpieces up to 8 tons and formats of 2,800 x 1,250 mm, it is ideal for machining large and complex workpieces.
The machine provides high precision even for the most demanding contours and tolerances, thanks to its portal design and high-quality components. Wide hand-scraped guides and special surface coatings ensure consistent quality even in heavy-duty applications.
