Hwacheon serves the European market through our wide-spreaded distributor network. We maintain long-term relationships with our distributors. These are known for excellent expertise and experience in the field of CNC machine tools in their markets. Their sales and service organisations have been established for a long time and they have become part of the Hwacheon family over the years.
From our European Headquarter we provide technical support and services together with our distributors directly to our customers. Our spare parts stock contents all common wear and spare parts and as well as critical parts which can be essential for the uptime of your machine.
Since 2015 we are work in direct contact with our German costumers and serve the national market with top-class service and products ourselves.
To ensure that manufacturers have access to local service and support, Hwacheon chooses to go to market through a select group of independently-owned distribution partners. These distributors operate in 17 locations throughout Europe and have service and parts professionals on staff which are thoroughly trained on Hwacheon products and technology.
